Explore the V2.0 and V3.0 scope
V2.0 · Software Engineering
GitHub + Cloudflare + Supabase with strict TypeScript, feature-based architecture, OWASP, multi-tenancy, automated tests and PR / CI/CD workflows.
Start from an AI-assisted Project Management SaaS example; adapt it to ERP, CRM, IoT or booking.
V3.0 · Full SEO Framework
Extend V2 with technical, on-page and social SEO: sitemaps, robots, canonicals, metadata, Open Graph, schema and internal links.
Prerender or statically generate public pages. Connect Search Console / Bing; check Lighthouse CI, broken links and SEO tests before deployment. Protect private data with authentication and appropriate indexing controls.
Core Web Vitals targets: LCP ≤ 2.5s · INP ≤ 200ms · CLS ≤ 0.1, measured with real users; lab tests guide improvements. Designed with free-tier limits in mind; rankings and zero operating costs are not guaranteed.

Six building blocks behind your app
The core architecture for AI Web Apps and SaaS built with the Master Prompt
Each part has a purpose and works together without running your own server.
- STACK 01
Frontend
React + Vite + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS
The interface your customers use, from dashboards and AI chat to forms and data management.
Designed for mobile and desktop - STACK 02

Publish the frontend and serve it through Cloudflare's CDN for fast access.
No web server to manage - STACK 03
Backend / API
Cloudflare Workers + Hono
Business logic, data exchange, access checks, rate limits and external integrations through a serverless API.

Have an idea?
Start here
Open Codex and your project folder
Then follow these four steps
You do not need to define everything upfront. Start with the problem you want to solve, then build one part at a time.
- 1
Copy and paste into Codex
Copy the Master Prompt or download the .md file, then paste all its content into Codex in the project you want to build.
- 2
Make the brief your own
Edit PROJECT CONFIGURATION, especially APP_NAME, APP_DESCRIPTION and MAIN_BUSINESS_FEATURES, to match your SaaS.
- 3
Build one phase at a time
Have Codex implement phases 1–6, run tests and build. Review the results and fix errors before launch.
- 4
Connect accounts and deploy
Connect GitHub, Supabase and Cloudflare when real accounts are needed. Store secrets with the provider and test after deployment.
Codex stopped? Continue the work
Paste this into the same project chat to review completed work and implement what remains.
Continue implementing the remaining phases from the Master Prompt. First inspect the current repository and identify completed work. Do not recreate working features. Fix failing tests and build errors, then implement the next incomplete requirements. Report verified results and blockers in Thai.Need a hand?

Short answers to common questions
What does free mean, and what might cost money?
The prompt is free, with no account required. The kit starts on free tiers; unlimited service is not promised. Workers AI includes 10,000 Neurons per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC (07:00 Bangkok). Codex and other services depend on your account plans. Review quotas and pricing before launching.
Which technologies does the starter kit use?
Six parts: 1. Frontend: React + Vite + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS — The interface your customers use, from dashboards and AI chat to forms and data management. 2. Hosting / CDN: Cloudflare Static Assets — Publish the frontend and serve it through Cloudflare's CDN for fast access. 3. Backend / API: Cloudflare Workers + Hono — Business logic, data exchange, access checks, rate limits and external integrations through a serverless API. 4. Database / Auth / Storage: Supabase — PostgreSQL data, login, file storage and row-level security to control who can access each record. 5. AI Engine: Cloudflare Workers AI — Questions, summaries, analysis and function calling depending on the model, including Gemma 4, GLM-4.7-Flash and GPT-OSS. 6. Source Control / CI/CD: GitHub + Cloudflare Builds — Version your source code and connect builds and deployments from GitHub to simplify updates. Start within each service's free tier. The AgentCraft AI website itself is hosted on Vercel.
Which AI models are used?
The prompt specifies @cf/google/gemma-4-26b-a4b-it as the primary model and @cf/zai-org/glm-4.7-flash as fallback through Cloudflare Workers AI. Answers must use data the user is authorized to access, with quota limits. Check the model catalog before launch.
Will I get a ready-to-sell app immediately?
This is a Master Prompt for Codex to build an app, not a finished SaaS codebase. Verify tests, builds, data permissions and real integrations before serving customers. Production readiness is not guaranteed simply by pasting the prompt.
Start free, within usage limits
This kit is designed to start on free tiers, not to run an unlimited SaaS at no cost. Workers AI offers 10,000 Neurons per day. Gemma 4 26B A4B and GLM-4.7-Flash support Workers Free according to documentation checked on 11 October 2026. Review current terms before launch.
